Terms and refunds

These terms apply to RankGap and to services bought from Punk Peach through this website.

RankGap reports

RankGap reports are estimates based on public information on web pages and on data from third-party SEO providers. They are guidance on what to improve. They are not a guarantee of any ranking, traffic or sales. Google decides rankings and changes how it ranks pages without notice.

AI visibility results (whether an AI assistant names a business) come from asking AI assistants questions through their official tools on a given date. Answers change by question, person, location and day, and what you see in an AI app may differ. Each result is a sample, not a verdict.

Packages

• Each package lists what is included and how long delivery takes. Work outside that list is quoted separately before it starts.
• Delivery time starts when payment is received and we have what we need from you (for example, access to your website or your brand details).
• Design packages include two rounds of changes. Further rounds are quoted separately.
• Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled any time before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the current month.

Our guarantee

If we don't deliver what the package lists, by the delivery date, we will fix it at no extra cost or refund that package in full, whichever you prefer. We never promise specific rankings or mentions in AI answers, because no one controls Google's results or what AI assistants say, and no one can pay to be placed inside an AI answer.

AI visibility and AI ads

• AI visibility work makes your business easier for AI assistants to read, trust and name, and measures how often they do, using a list of questions agreed with you in writing. Monthly reports record the assistant, the date and the exact question for every result.
• AI Ads Management covers setting up and running ads on the platforms named in the package. Ads appear beside AI answers and are labelled as sponsored by the platform.
• Ad spend is not part of our fee. You pay it directly to each ad platform, from an ad account in your name, with a budget you set and can pause at any time. We never hold or mark up ad spend.
• Ad platforms review every ad and account and may reject or limit them, including for restricted categories such as health, finance, politics and gambling. Platform decisions are outside our control. If a platform won't accept your account before launch, we refund that package's fee.
• AI ad placements are currently offered to US businesses only, because the platforms don't yet offer them in the UAE.

What we won't do

To protect your business, we don't write fake reviews, buy reviews, offer customers rewards for reviews, or filter which customers are asked for one. We don't buy links, use link networks, publish mass-produced pages, or run ads using another business's trademark. If a paid listing or placement is ever bought for you, the publisher must label it as sponsored. We decline requests for these.

Your part

• Give us accurate details about your business. You approve content and ads before they go live and are responsible for the claims in what you approve.
• If we don't receive the access or details we need within 14 days of asking, we pause the work and tell you in writing. Delivery dates restart when we receive them.
• If changes made by you or others undo our work, we flag it in your report. On monthly plans, restoring it is included once a month.

Refunds

• Before work starts: full refund on request.
• After work starts: refunds are covered by the guarantee above.
• To ask for a refund, reply to your order confirmation email or write to contact@punkpeach.com.

Your content and access

You keep ownership of your website and content. When work is paid for, you own what we create for you. Your ad accounts, Google Business Profile, analytics and directory listings stay in your name; we work in them as a user you add, never as the owner. We use access you give us only to do the work, and you can remove it at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
